That’s what you pay for.
There is no subscription fee. You pay PLN 1 per guest, excluding VAT, for each online reservation your restaurant accepts. No accepted online bookings means no booking charges.

A few things to know.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There is no subscription fee. Charges are based on the number of guests in accepted online reservations: PLN 1 per guest, excluding VAT. Manually entered bookings are free.
When is a booking charged?
The charge is recorded when your restaurant first accepts an online reservation. Accepting the same request again does not create a second charge. A subsequent cancellation does not remove the original charge.
Does a guest get an instantly confirmed table?
No. The first release uses booking requests. Guests choose their preferred time, and the restaurant confirms whether it can accommodate them. Unconfirmed requests expire after the response window set by the restaurant.
Is the system available online yet?
Yes. Existing customers can log in to EEIGReserve and use their restaurant dashboard. Registration for new accounts is temporarily closed. Contact EEIG to discuss getting started.
What about SMS, email and booking directly through Google?
SMS and email delivery, along with a direct Google booking integration, are planned for a later stage and are not yet active. Google source tracking described above uses a tagged link to your restaurant’s booking form.
